ASIC Trading Desk - Sales Associate @ Luxor Technology Corporation

Company Background

The Luxor team has built a range of solutions for Bitcoin mining and compute power, including an ASIC Brokerage. Our ASIC Brokerage Desk facilitates the global trade of specialized hardware for our clients and trading partners. Moving tens of thousands of machines monthly, we operate one of the highest-volume desks globally.

In this role, you will assist clients throughout the hardware procurement lifecycle alongside the business development and operations team. This position reports directly to the Head of Hardware and is a remote role based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Bitcoin mining hardware procurement for existing and prospective clients through our OTC ASIC Trading Desk.
Provide clients with insights into ASIC markets, mining hardware technology, economics, trends, and the trading process via direct calls, memos, and reports.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Source and evaluate new supplies of ASICs and GPUs.
Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and after-sales support with the operations team.
Monitor the sales pipeline, track key performance indicators, and analyze sales activity to identify areas for improvement.
Produce and maintain sales reports for internal use.

Requirements

Based in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or communication.
2+ years of experience in sales-related or customer-facing roles.
Strong interest and knowledge of Bitcoin and the mining industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to adjust strategies based on sales stages and customer archetypes.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of financial accounting.
