Mining Operations Specialist
Responsible for helping customer support teams triage issues and handling data related to mining hardware and interactions with facilities, working across departments to provide epic service. Handling communication of important account updates to customer support teams and providing technical support to customers. Monitor mining hardware across several different sites and remotely reboot servers and troubleshoot with the facility and coordination on logistics, RMA, and repairs
Requires IT or field service background with 1+ years experience in an IT role and a proven ability to provide a high level of service. Experience with CSV spreadsheets and asset management and an understanding of IP addresses, VLANs, and basic networking skills are required.
